Working: Communication Strategies believes that Better communicators mean better communications. We therefore have developed industry-leading approaches to education and development for communicators.
As well as helping industry bodies to define minimum standards we also deliver development programmes.
These range from the innovative Black Belt programme for new managers in internal communications to simple seminars for line managers wanting to become better leaders.
Other courses we run include:
- Internal Communications Essentials - the key building blocks every internal communicator needs to know
- The Internal Communications Network - training people who have internal communications as part of their job
- The Line manager's refresher - reminding line managers about communications
- Better Research - a simple introduction to the research skills which every communicator need
We also coach individual communicators to help them develop their own skills and become more effective.
